INTRODUCTION
Our Terms & Conditions (T&C) explain all the rules customers must follow while booking and using Ayodhya Cab Services. These Terms & Conditions ensure a safe, transparent, and reliable travel experience for every passenger.

1. General Terms
When you book a cab with Ayodhya Cab Services, you accept all the terms mentioned below.
We verify every booking, and we may refuse service if we notice misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Additionally, we may update these terms from time to time to improve service quality.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Your booking becomes valid only after we receive the advance payment.
You must clear the remaining amount before or during the trip.
For your safety, never share your OTP, booking ID, or payment links with anyone except our official driver or customer support team.
Always verify the driver’s name, car number, and OTP before you start the journey.
3. Kilometres & Time Calculation
We calculate kilometres and time from garage to garage, meaning from our starting point to the point where the vehicle returns.
If your trip crosses the booked kilometre limit, we will charge additional kilometres as per your plan.
Furthermore, waiting time may be chargeable depending on the situation.
4. Driver Policy
You must take care of the driver’s food or accommodation unless we state otherwise.
We charge a night allowance for trips between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
For safety reasons, drivers do not operate in hill areas after 7:00 PM.
5. Vehicle Usage & Restrictions
To protect the engine, drivers may turn off the AC in steep hill areas.
Please do not force the driver to overspeed, break traffic rules, or take unsafe routes.
Additionally, we strictly prohibit smoking or consuming alcohol inside the cab.
6. Toll, Parking & State Taxes
You need to pay all tolls, parking charges, entry fees, and state permits unless your package includes them.
If the government introduces new taxes or charges, you will need to cover those as well.
7. Safety & Personal Belongings
Before leaving the cab, please check and collect all your belongings.
Ayodhya Cab Services does not take responsibility for lost items such as jewellery, wallets, phones, or luggage.
8. Changes in Travel Plan
If you modify your travel plan during the trip, additional charges may apply.
We always try to support schedule changes; however, we cannot guarantee availability.
9. Payment Policy
You need to pay 10%–20% advance to confirm your booking.
Please pay 50% of the fare before the trip starts and the remaining amount before the trip ends.
Make all digital payments only to our official UPI or bank account mentioned on our website.
For your financial security, do not pay any unknown person or unverified driver.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel your trip within 12 hours, we will forfeit the entire advance.
If you cancel before 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
We cannot issue a refund if you are absent at the pickup location.
If applicable, we process approved refunds within 3–7 working days.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Please verify the driver and car before boarding.
Wear your seatbelt throughout the journey for safety.
Never share OTP, ID proof, or payment details with anyone except our official team.
Furthermore, follow the driver’s instructions regarding safe routes and local traffic rules.
12. Company Rights
We may replace your vehicle in case of a breakdown or emergency.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, roadblocks, or mechanical issues.
If a customer misbehaves with the driver, we may immediately cancel the trip without issuing a refund.
